What is Causing your AC not to cool?

Compressors are one of the more common issues when looking at A/C units not running at full speed. If your house is not cooling or staying cool then it could be a failing compressor due to dirt, dust, & any debris that has become stuck. At this point we may need replace to help your unit keep the correct cooling ability. Another issue are leaks at the connecting points of the compressor causing a loss in the refrigerant. No matter the issue our HVAC technicians will be able to identify the issue and repair them.

Condenser Coils are one of two coils in your AC unit. If condensers are not clean and maintained then they are a common issue with most air conditioning units. The condenser coil is the place the heat is removed from the refrigerant, and will not allow the unit to cool if its not running properly. Weather your condenser coil needs to be clean or replaced we will give you a quote based on the condition of your unit. Contact us to learn more.

Refrigerant Leaks are the number one issue with units not cooling properly. Most companies will simply recharge your unit with freon and wait for you to call back for another service call. We will first identify where your unit is leaking and will fix the issue so you don’t have to pay for twice the freon. If your unit has been recharged several times then give us a call and we will have our expert HVAC technicians properly identify the issues with your unit not maintaining the correct temperature.

Fan & Motor in your AC unit helps circulate the cool air throughout your home. If you have noticed your fan does not stop running, won’t run, or is making unusual sounds then we need to take a look at this issue. We will first see if your fan and motor can be fixed or needs to be replaced.

Evaporator Coil absorbs the heat from the air in your house, and is inside the air handler or on the furnace. Without a full functioning evaporator coil the air will not be able to be properly chilled and can result in improper cooling from your ac unit.

Condensate Drain or Condensate Line gives your AC unit the ability to drain excess moisture from outside your home. This is important during heating and cooling of your home, and without a properly functioning condensate drain your unit will lose this ability to drain and cause major failures. Contact us today for your quote on repairing your condensate line.
